These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pursuelearning.net (the “Site”) and any related content, memberships, and services provided by Pursue Learning Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Refunds

Unless otherwise stated at the point of sale, digital products and memberships are generally non-refundable, except where required by New Zealand law.

6) Courses and learning materials (if applicable)

If we provide courses (including via third-party platforms), you agree:

  • Course access may be limited to the duration and conditions described at purchase/enrolment.
  • You will not share access links, login credentials, or paid materials beyond what is permitted.
  • Course content is for personal/professional learning and not for resale or redistribution unless explicitly licensed.

7) Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site—including text, images, videos, downloads, course materials, and branding—is owned by or licensed to Pursue Learning Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may:

  • View and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Share links to Site pages (without misrepresenting authorship)

You must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Site content without written permission
  • Remove copyright notices or attribution
  • Use our name or branding in a way that suggests endorsement without permission

8) Acceptable use

You agree not to:
